Where we buy our stuff is very important to us. We work closely with our trusted suppliers and rely on them to deliver pucker grub.

We purchase all our meat from Bolster Moor Farm Shop.

All our fish is purchased from Sailbrand in Huddersfield established over 30 years.

Our fruit and vegetables are purchased from First Choice based in Bradford who provide as much local produce that they can.

During Summer we are spoilt by local guy John Foster from Almondbury. John had his own fruit and veg business for over 40 years and now grows certain products for a very selected few. Raspberries, Rhubarb, Plums and the sweetest Cherry Tomatoes ever tasted. Keep them coming John.

Our ice creams are made at Vanilla Bean in Slaithwaite Huddersfield by Janice & Champion Ice Cream maker Eric. Our favourite (and Freddy Franco’s) flavour at the moment is Pink Bubblegum. Yum Yum
